I started seeing Julie when I was pregnant with my second Child. I had a lot of back pain during  my pregnancy and it is ongoing. Julie squeezed me in as I was having a terrible day and she knew she could help, and she did!  I continue to see Julie regularly as her massages sooth my soul, flush all the toxins from my body and provide much needed time out from my hectic life.  I have seen many massage therapists over the years but Julie has an incredible knack for finding all the sore spots, even the ones I  didn't know I had. Having a massage makes me so much better at being a good mum and wife, its really essential maintenance. I was lucky enough to be given a gift voucher by my work collegues while I was pregnant with my firstborn Xavier. My workmates chose Julie because of her focus on wellbeing, nutrition and the post natal support she offered. I decided to use my voucher on three pregnancy massages which I started from when I was six months pregnant.

I quickly realised how important this was for my immunity as well as the baby's. I am deeply grateful to Julie for the care and massage that she provides. I have had long standing rotator-cuff, neck and back problems. I have traditionally used a physiotherapist to provide relief but was frustrated at the lack of long term change in the pain I was experiencing. A friend with similar problems recommended that I see Julie.
