Julie provided post natal care and visited me at home once a week for 4 weeks soon after the birth of my second child. She gave me massages, body scrubs and a kind ear when I was up for a chat. She massaged my baby and toddler and showed me how I could do it as well to increase their relaxation which is, of course, good for everyone!
