I am deeply grateful to Julie for the care and massage that she provides. I have had long standing rotator-cuff, neck and back problems. I have traditionally used a physiotherapist to provide relief but was frustrated at the lack of long term change in the pain I was experiencing. A friend with similar problems recommended that I see Julie.

After my first visit with Julie - which was a long, detailed and intense visit, I was the most pain free I have been in a decade!! It was truly amazing. As I continue to see Julie on a regular basis I love how the treatments alter to suit what I need - ranging from deep tissue remedial massage that leaves me feeling languid with all the knots worked out, to gentle aromatherapy massages where I leave feeling revitalized and nurtured.

It is a wonderful experience to have a care provider that listens to my needs and with whom I can work collaboratively to improve my physical and emotional health.
